【Abstract】 The “Three Outlooks” constructions are constructions of world outlook, outlook on life, outlook on value. They are the most important part of whole Party’s “San jiang” San jiang: stress on politics, stress on vital qi, stress on study. education today. In order to adapt with new century’s developing trend and Chinese developing goal across the century, the goal proposition of “Three Outlooks” construction should include long term goal and short term goal. So we must uphold the Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, and Deng Xiaoping theory as our guidance all the time.
