【摘要】 用组织学方法对 3只红腹锦鸡的小肠进行了显微结构观察 :红腹锦鸡的小肠由粘膜层、粘膜下层、肌层和外膜等 4层结构组成 .其环状皱襞明显 ,粘膜层较其它各层厚 ,从十二指肠到回肠 ,肠绒毛由细长密集逐渐变得宽短稀疏 ,肠绒毛中存在明显的平滑肌束 ,但未见中央乳糜管 ;固有膜中有发达的腺体 ;粘膜肌层由一层纵行平滑肌组成 ;粘膜下层由十二指肠缺无到回肠得变明显出现 ;肌层由内环肌和外纵肌组成 .另外 ,将红腹锦鸡与其它鸟类小肠壁的结构进行了比较更多还原

【Abstract】 The small intestine of three Chroysolophus pictus are studied by histological method.The results are as follows:the small intestinal wall is composed of 4 layers,which are the mucosal tunica,submucosal tela,muscular tunica and adventitia.The circular policae of the small intestine is obvious.The mucosal tunica is thicker than others.The intestinal villi without the central lacteal are gradually becoming from longer and thicker in duodenum to shorter and thinner in ileum.There are developed intestinal glands in the proper lamina.The smooth muscles of the mucosal tunica consists of the longitudinal muscles.The submucosal tela which lacked of the duodenal glands in duodendum is gradually becoming from no in duodenum to thick in ileum.The muscular tunica is composed of the internal ring and external vertical smooth muscles.In addition,the structure of the small intestine of the Chroysolophus pictus is compared with that of other birds.更多还原
