【Abstract】 In order to reveal the significance of the institution factor on the Population－ Land relations,this article discusses the history of institution through the change of Population－ Land relations.Then by retrospection to the institute directly acting on the population and land,the author expounds the successes and lessons of China in carrying out the institution on Population－ Land relations relations during last half century,bring on the pondering to our current institution and attention to the future institute factor on the Population land relations.更多还原
