【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the utilization of MOET in livestock breeding,including present internal and external MOET application situation of domestic animals,methods,significance and study progress of MOET nucleus breeding.Some facets should be noted when applying MOET in domestic animal breeding (external hormone and superovulation,reponses of multiple ovlation and embryo quality,MOET and disease broadcasting,and MOET and breeding profit),in order that MOET can be applied in livestock breeding schemes better.更多还原
