新型CHA-9403诱导小麦雄性不育的初步研究

【摘要】 采用 2个品种、2个时期、2个剂量的 3因素随机区组试验 ,对新型小麦化学杂交剂 94 0 3的杀雄效果及其对小麦生长发育的影响进行研究。结果表明 :1小麦雌雄蕊分化期喷施 0 .75kg/ hm2 94 0 3的不育率最高 ,为 89.1 1 % ,其自然授粉结实率达 77.2 8% ;2 94 0 3的杀雄效果取决于品种和时期 ,且二者存在显著的互作效应 ;3药隔期喷施 94 0 3比雌雄蕊分化期喷施的千粒重降低 1 .9~ 8.4 g;0 .75kg/ hm2 处理比0 .50 kg/ hm2的株高降低 3.7cm,差异显著 ;4不同品种敏感性不同 ,BAU95对 94 0 3反应敏感 ,不育率高 ;SN1 861则相反

【Abstract】 The effectiveness of new chemical hybridizing agent (CHA) 9403 on the male sterility inducing the growth and development in wheat was studied by means of random block experiment in 3 factors such as 2 varieties, 2 stages and 2 rates. The results indicated that ① wheat was sprayed with 0.75 kg/hm 2 CHA 9403 in differential stage of pistil and stamen, the male sterility rate was 89.11%, the natural crossing rate was 77.28%; ② The performance of 9403 induced male sterility depended on variety and rate, there was a significant interaction between the two factors; ③ CHA-9403 had negative effect on TGW and the plant height compared with differential stage of pistil and stamen,TGW with 9403 treated plants when the formation of anther chamber was reduced by 1.9 ~ 8.4 g; compared with 0.50 kg/hm 2 rate, the plant height with 0.75 kg/hm 2 treated plants was reduced by 3.7 cm, and the difference was significant;④ The sensitivity of BAU95 and SN1861 to 9403 was different at the same stage and rate, the male sterility of BAU95 was 3.23% ~ 41.87% higher than SN1861.
