【Abstract】 The paper described the principle and characters of Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) and reviewed the application of this new RAPD technique in the research of plant germplasm such as in the genetic diversification, species evolution ,varieties identification and classification of the fields crops, vegetable crops,fruit tree. The problems in the course of application were analyzed, and the methods to solve the problems were worked out. We realize the great potential and application value of the technique after reviewing the prospect of it.更多还原
