【摘要】 利益机制是畜牧业产业化经营中的核心机制 ,利益机制不健全、不完善 ,是肃南县畜牧业产业化经营中一切矛盾的焦点。这集中表现在龙头企业与基地农牧户未能形成一体化的利益共同体 ,其间的联系只是通过市场交换自发实现的。这种境况无论对于企业还是对于农牧户 ,利益损失是显而易见的。进一步发展的方向是鼓励发展农牧户与龙头企业之间的非市场制度安排 ,主要用经济合同稳定双方的责权利关系 ,从而达到强化畜牧产业 ,保护农牧民利益的目的更多还原

【Abstract】 Profit system is the core of husbandry industrialisation. The focuses of conflicting in Sunan husbandry industrialisation are that the system is not sound or perfect enough. The leading enterprises do not form a union of mutual profit with farmers and herdsmen in the base, their relation is just set through market exchanging. This situation causes the loss of profits for both sides. To strengthen husbandry and protect the profits of farmers and herdsmen, the non market system must be established among the enterprises, farmers and herdsmen, and their responsibility rights should be decided by contracts.[更多还原
