【Abstract】 Based on summing up the experiences and lessons from the management of loess plateau, this thesis raises six issues which should be taken notice of when dealing with the integrated management of loess plateau, The six issues respectively are:controversy of environment management and economy development, readjustment of the relationship between agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry, problem between long run plan and step implenmentation, the whole layout of the project and individual administration, biological measure and project measure, and leading the masses and depending on the masses.更多还原
