太白山自然保护区巴山冷杉(Abies fargesii Franch)根际土壤中的5种AM真菌
Five Speceis of AM Fungi From the Rhizal Soil of Abies fargesii Franch Forest in Taibai Mountains Reserve
【摘要】 从太白山自然保护区巴山冷杉 ( Abies fargesii Franch)林木根际土壤中分离出了2属 5种 AM真菌 :1.双网无轴孢囊霉 ( Acaulospora bireticulata Rothwell Trappe) ;2 .扭形球囊霉 ( Glomus tortuosum Schenck & Smith) ;3.根内球囊霉 ( Glomus intraradicesSchenck & Smith;) 4.漏斗孢球囊霉 [Glomus mosseae( Nicol.Gerd.) Gerd.& Trappe];5 .苏格兰球囊霉 [Glomus caledonium( Nicol.& Gerd.) Trappe & Gerd.]。并分析了冷山巴杉菌根及真菌孢子的生态分布和生态条件
【Abstract】 Five species of AM fungi from the rhizal soil of Abies fangesii Franch forests in the Taibai Mountains Nature Reserve were first described in China: Acaulospora bireticulata Rothwell Trappe, Glomus tortuosum schenck & Smith, Glomus intraradices Schenck & Smith, Glomus mosseae (Nicol.& Gerd.)Gerd.& Trappe, Glomus caledonium (Nicol.& Gerd.)Trappe,& Gerd.The ecological distribution and environmental condition of AM & AMF were studied.
