【Abstract】 A new canker disease of kiwifruit(Actinidia deliciosa )occurred at Changan in 1990,and broken out in 1991. Since then, it becomes the most destructive disease in the region. Five isolates of the pathogen obtained from the infected kiwifruit plants at Taiyigong, Guoduzheng and Yangling orchards were tested. According to pathogenicity and hypersensitive response, morphology, cultural and staining properties, physiological, biochemistry and serological characteristics,the isolates were identified to be bacterial canker(Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidia).更多还原
