【摘要】 目的：改进甲状腺手术操作和引流方法，提高手术速度和安全系数。方法：对１２８例甲状腺次全切除术，采取钝性游离皮瓣，连同部分甲状腺上极组织离断上极血管，采用橡胶管并负压吸引引流。结果：１２８例均痊愈出院。平均手术时间２．５ｈ，平均出血量１８０ｍＬ。术中安全、快捷、出血少、无手术并发症发生。结论：通过改进手术和引流方法，可缩短手术时间，减少出血及损伤，预防手术并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the thyroid gland operation and the method of drainage and raise the operating speed and the its safety. Methods 128 patients were treated with blunt dissociating skin - graft with part of upper organization of thyroid gland to amputate upper blood vessel and take rubber pipe to combine negative pressure to draw the drainage. Results 128 patients were all discharged from hospital after recovery. The mean time of each operation was 2. 5 hours. The average hemorrhage was 180ml. The operation was safe, quick,less hemorrhage and no operating complication. Conclusions Through the improvement of operation and the method of drainage, we can shorten the operating time, reduce the hemorrhage and injury, and prevent operating complication.更多还原
