【摘要】 目的：了解流行性出血热（ＥＨＦ）的神经系统表现。方法：对确诊的５例患者进行了临床分析。结果：５例患者均以神经系统病征为突出表现，２例以意识障碍为主要表现，１例病后期出现癫痫样发作，１例热退后仍有严重而持续的头痛，ＣＳＦ蛋白明显增高，１例出现格林—巴利综合征（ＧＢＳ）。结论：ＥＨＦ病情复杂，临床表现多种多样，勿以神经系统表现为主，注意不要误诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectie To investigate the nervous system manifestation of epidemic hemorrhage fever (EHF) .Method Five patients who had been diagosed definitely in our departrnent were conducted clinical analysis. Result Five patients showed nervers system symptoms as typical manifesation. Two of them showed conscious barrier as chief manifestution, one patient developed epilepsy in the later stage of the disease. One patient still had serious headache after bringing down the fever and CSF protein rose evidently. One patient developed GBS. Conclusion The conditions of EHF are complicated and the clinical memifestations are vorious. Misdiagnosis should be avoided when the chief manifestations are indicated in nervous system.更多还原
