乙型肝炎病毒基因重组(CHO)疫苗阻断母婴传播的研究
Protective efficacy of recombinant HBsAg vaccine (CHO cell)in prevention of mother - infant transmission of hepatitis B virus
【摘要】 目的:研究乙型肝炎病毒基因重组(CHO)疫茵对HBsAg和HBeAg双阳性母亲所生婴儿的阻断效果。方法:选70例生于母亲为HBsAg和HBsAg双阳性的婴儿,随机分为A组(31例)和B组(39例)。A组为单纯疫苗组,注射3次疫苗(0.l、6月, 10μg/次);B组为疫苗加乙肝免疫球蛋自(HBIG)组,注射3次疫苗(同A组),并于出生时注射半支(50IU)HBIG。全程2~6个月采血,用固相放射免疫(RIA)法检测抗-HBs、HBsAg和抗-HBc。结果:抗抗-HBs阳转率为 83.87%,阻断率为83.87%,疫苗加半量乙肝免疫球蛋白(50 IU)组分别为93.10%和93.59%。 结论:乙肝基因重组(CHO)疫苗有良好的阻断乙肝母婴传播的效果,如果出生时加注半支HBIG效果更好。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pretevtive efficacy of recombinant HBsAg vaccine(CHO cell) in prevention of mother - infant transmission of hepatitis Bvirus. Methods Seventy newborn infants born to HBsAg/HbeAg carrier mothers were randomly assigned into two groups. Group A(31 infants) received full - dose HB vaccine at birth, 1 month, and 6 months. 10μg/time, and group B(39 infants) same group A in received vaccine, and injected 50 iu hepatitis B immune globulin(HBIG) at birth. 2 - 6months after full - dose injection infants were taken blood and detected anti - HBs, HBsAg and anti - HBc by RIA method. Results The positive rate of antiHBs were 83. 87% and 93. 10% for group A and group B, respetively. The protective rate were 83. 87% and 93. 59% for grup A and B, respectively. Conclusions The recombinant HBsAg vaccine showed good protective efficacy for in- fants born to HBV carier mothers, if add HBIG at birth the efficacy was better.
