【摘要】 目的：探讨对陈旧性踝关节骨折的内固定治疗方法。方法：收集２０例陈旧性踝关节骨折病人，应用手术切开复位并予以坚强固定，术后随访半年～３年。结果：２０例中１９例病人取得满意疗效，能下地正常行走，疼痛减轻，关节不稳定现象消失，满意率９５％。结论：对陈旧性踝关节骨折病人应积极进行手术治疗，有助于防止并发症的出现，手术关键是良好复位和坚强可靠的内固定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate internal fixation device for the treatment of old ankle joint fracture. Methods We collected 20 patients with old ankle joint fracture, applied operation method to restore the dislocation and fixed the fracture firmly. The patients were followed up for 6 months to three years. Results 19 cases of 20 had good and excellent results, the patients could walk normally after operation, pain was relieved, the disability of the joint disappeared. The satisfactory rate was 95%. Conclusion Old fracture of the ankle should be treated surgically promptly, it would be helpful to prevent the complications. The key of the operation was good reduction and firm internal fixation.更多还原
