【摘要】 目的：探讨结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的治疗方法。方法：对我院１９８８～１９９８年收治的６０例结肠癌合并肠梗阻病的资料进行回顾性研究。结果：６０例患者均行手术治疗，５２例行一期切除吻合术均成功。８例并发切口感染，无死亡。结论：结肠癌合并急性梗阻时，一般以一期癌切除吻合术为宜，手术成败的关键在于加强术前准备及术中术后的正确处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treating method of carcinoma of colon with acute intestinal obstruction. Methods A retrospective study of carcinoma of colon with intestinal obstruction for 60 cases from 1988 - 1998 in our hospital was performed. Results 60 patienes were all treated with surgical operations, of them, 52 cases performed by primary resection and anastomosis were success- ful, 8 cases were complicated with infection of incisional wound, no death happened. Conclusion Primary resection and anastomosis should be performed in carcinoma of colon with acute obstruction cases. It is very crucial to enhance the prepation before operation and treat patients in and after op- eration properly.更多还原
