【摘要】 目的:评估肛直肠损伤Ⅰ期缝合手术效果。方法：对 １９８９—１９９８年我院收治的肛直肠损伤Ⅰ期修补病历作回顾性研究。结果：３２例患者均Ｉ期修补成功。术后感染１例，感染中毒性休克死亡１例，肛门狭窄１例。结论：肛直肠损伤应尽量作Ｉ期缝合修补。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the first-period-sewing operation on anorectal injury. Methods: A retrospective study on the first -- period -- sewing cases of anorectal injury nas conducted in our hospital from 1989 to 1998. Results: The operations of all 32 cases were performed successfully. Of them, one had post-operative infection, one died from infective shock, another had stenosis of anus. Conclusion: It is best to make the first-period-sewing operations to anorectal injury.更多还原
