内氧化法制备Al2O3-Cu复合材料的反应动力学分析

【摘要】 对于内氧化法制备 Al2 O3 - Cu复合材料 ,为了精确控制生成的 Al2 O3 粒子的形态及分布 ,对其反应动力学进行了理论分析 ,并将分析结果与实验结果进行对比。分析得出 :当内氧化温度一定时 ,内氧化时间 t与 Al2 O3 点状化合物层厚度δ为抛物线关系 ,高的内氧化温度使 Al2 O3 颗粒尺寸增大。理论分析结果与实验结果一致 ,可将分析结果用作确定内氧化工艺参数时参考

【Abstract】 In order to control the morphology and dispersing state of Al 2O 3 particles on the Al 2O 3 Cu composites fabricated by the internal oxidation method, we analyzed theoretically the internal oxidation reaction dynamics. The important equations we derived are eqs.(6), (8), and (9). Eq.(6)shows that when the internal oxidation temperature keeps constant, the relationship between the internal oxidation time, t , and the precipitation layer thickness of Al 2O 3 particles, δ , is parabolic. Keeping temperature constant at 850℃, we obtained data in Fig.2 showing that the variation of δ with t is indeed parabolic. For temperature in the neighborhood of 800℃, discussion of eqs.(8) and (9) reveals that higher internal temperature tends to increase the size of Al 2O 3 particles. Table 1 gives our test results; for 700℃, the size of Al 2O 3 particles is 20~50 nm and for 850℃, the size is 20~100 nm. The test results and our theoretical discussion are in agreement.
