倒谱与解卷积技术在人体脉搏系统分析中的应用
Application of Cepstrum and Homomorphic Deconvolution to Human Pulse System Analysis
【摘要】 提出了一种基于同态解卷的脉搏系统分析模型 ,研究了脉搏信号同态解卷的实现方法。获得了人体脉搏系统的传递函数和心脏激励源的特征波形。实验结果表明 ,健康人滑脉和平脉的脉搏系统分别具有 2个和 3个共振峰 ,动脉狭窄的脉搏系统存在 4个共振峰 ;用此方法获得的心脏激励源波形与左心室音的压力波形十分相似。说明本文的方法不仅可分析脉搏传输系统的特性 ,而且可分析心脏搏动节律的变异性、揭示心脏动力学的某些要素。用一种整体性的分析模型研究人体脉搏系统要比局部的力学模型更为有效
【Abstract】 Studying HPS (Human Pulse System) has long been done in China with a mechanical local model. NNSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China) has supported us to study HPS with a whole system analysis model involving cepstrum and homomorphic deconvolution. With eqs.(6), (7) and (8) that we derived, we can obtain the characteristic waveforms of heart excitation source, which in turn can reveal the rhythm variability and some kinetic factors of the heart. Fig.2(d) shows the variation of transfer function with frequency that we calculated from the test data in Fig.2(a) for local stenosis of arteries. Fig.2(d) shows 4 formants. Fig.2(f) shows the waveform of the heart excitaion source that we calculated to be very much similar to the pressure waveform of the left ventricle measured in the hospital. Our calculations also show that the pulse system of the smooth pulse has 2 formants and that of the normal pulse has 3 formants.
