桨轴发动机整机动力响应分析

【摘要】 建立桨轴发动机整机动力响应的分析方法 ,用传递矩阵法建立发动机机匣、主燃气发生器转子、自由涡轮转子的综合动力学方程 ,并对耦合方程进行求解。此方法有效地考虑了主燃气发生器转子系统与自由涡轮转子系统的耦合效应。可分析主燃气发生器转子与自由涡轮转子系统的临界转速和不平衡响应 ,估计机匣系统的不平衡响应

【Abstract】 A method for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of a propeller rotor system was derived by the transfer matrix method. This method, as applied to an entire propeller rotor system and not just a single rotor, is, to our best knowledge, proposed by us for the first time in China. The method can not only take the influence of the rotor case into account, but also deal with the coupling between the free turbine rotor and the main gas turbine rotor. By this method, the critical speeds of both free turbine rotor and gas turbine rotor can be calculated easily. Moreover, the dynamic response of the propeller rotor system can also be calculated. Then through the transfer relationship, any dynamic point responses of the rotor system and the case can be predicted. A typical propeller rotor system was analyzed. In the rotating speed range 0~100 000 r/min, the calculated first and second critical speeds were 22 250 and 53 954 r/min respectively. They are satisfactorily close to the experimental results (21 600 and 60 300 r/min respectively ) reported by some P.R.C. Institute.
