FMS仿真的多线程技术
On Simulating Flexible Manufacturing System with Multithreading Technique
【摘要】 提出了一种对柔性制造系统 (FMS)进行仿真的新思路 ,即利用多线程技术 ,对 FMS中的主要对象各定义一个线程 ,线程的运行状态代表了各对象的活动 ,线程的同步关系表示了对象之间的相互关系 ,并且给出多线程同步的方法。通过 FZ- FMS的仿真实践证明 ,这种方法思路明确 ,扩展性强 ,利于编程实现 ,是一种有效的仿真实现方法
【Abstract】 Existing methods for simulating FMS (flexible manufacturing system) suffer mainly from two shortcomings: (1) It is not intuitive; (2) It can not be easily adjusted when some design changes are made. We propose using multithreading technique to lessen these two shortcomings. We use one thread for each kind of the objects in FMS. Interactions among the objects in the system, however, require that we synchronize them. Fig.3 shows the several threads and synchronization relationships used in our simulation system, which we name as FZ FMS system. We discuss Fig.3 in much detail in our paper. Laboratory running of FZ FMS system appears to support that it is efficient.
