永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制理论分析

【摘要】 根据永磁电机基本方程 ,经过坐标变换 ,推导出凸极式永磁电机输出转矩的解耦表达式 ,故保持定子磁链为额定值 ,通过对逆变器开关状态的选择 ,控制定转子磁链夹角 ,从而直接控制电机输出转矩。理论上该方案具有精度高、快速的特点

【Abstract】 Direct Torque Control (DTC) has been widely used in asynchronous motor, but little research has been carried out in its application to synchronous motor. We present our research result about DTC theory on the salient pole type Permanent Magnet (PM) synchronous motor in this paper. The magnetic circuit design of salient pole type PM motor yields a combination of d axis inductance L d , and q axis inductance L q , and L q > L d . By coordinate shift (Fig.1), we get eq.(12) to compute IPM motor′s torque, where ψ s , ψ f and φ are shown in Fig.1. ψ f is a constant, thus the torque of IPM motor can be controlled by changing phase angle when ψ s is kept to rated value. Fig.2 shows the schematic diagram of the DTC control block. Table 1 gives the optimum switching logic of the invertor.
