斜齿轮非定常温度场的计算
A Method for Calculating Transient Temperature in Helical Gears
【摘要】 建立等价于描述斜齿轮非定常温度场的导热方程及定解条件的泛函并将其离散为单元泛函。通过求泛函的极值和进行单元矩阵组装 ,建立了分析斜齿轮温度分布的有限元模型。采用伽辽金解法分析了斜齿轮非定常温度场随时间变化的情况 ,可用于提高齿轮传动生存能力的研究。
【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the survivability of attack helicopter, we need to study the transient temperature in helical gears. In this paper we present a method for calculating transient temperature in helical gears. Fig.1 illutrates a typical tooth model of a helical gear. Eqs.2 through 7 give the initial and boundary conditions of a helical gear operating under transient conditions. Based on these equations, we construct a functional (eq.8). Minimizing eq.(8), we get the finite element model (eq.9). Discretizing eq.(9), we get eq.(10) as the iterative formula for calculating transient temperature of helical gears. To our best knowledge, we did not find anything similar to eqs.(8) and (10) in the open literature. Figs.2 and 3 give the simulation results of the temperature distributions of the middle section of tooth and those of the engaged surface of tooth respectively. They show that after loss of lubrication, the temperature difference between engaged and non engaged surfaces decrease with time (Fig.2), and the thermal pursuit phenomenon becomes more obvious(Fig.3).
