流动注射化学发光法测定水杨酸
FIA CL determination of salicylic acid by a solid phase reactor of copper carbonate incorporated in glassfiber
【摘要】 以水杨酸与 Cu( )形成的不饱和配合物对 Luminol- H2 O2 化学发光体系 ( CL)的催化作用为基础 ,建立了水杨酸配位溶解碱式碳酸铜催化 Luminol- H2 O2 化学发光反应测定水杨酸的流动注射分析方法 ( FIA)。线性范围为 0 .0 5~ 2 50μg/m L,相对标准偏差 ( RSD) 1 .6%,固定化 Cu( OH) 2柱可连续使用 2 0 0次以上。采用该方法测定某些水杨酸药物 ,回收率为 97%~ 99%。
【Abstract】 The determination of salicylic acid was carried out by reaction of the drug with copper carbonate entrapped in a glassfieric material in a solid phase reactor,and the released cupric ions were monitored by chemiluminescence.The calibration graph was liner over the rang 0.05~250μg·ml 1 of salicylic acid ,RSD was 1.6% The influence of foreign species was studied and the method was applied to determination of salicylic acid content in the different pharmaceutical formulations,the recovery was 97%~99%.
