【Abstract】 Double- donors were doped respectively in liquid and solid phase in order to make high- quality PTCR thermistor.The effect of modelling pressure,composition and sintering temperature on performances of PTCR ceramics material was dicussed.Based on using almost completely domestic materials,the PTCR thermistor with good characteristics has been made.Its electrical performance can come to:the room temperature resistivityρ≤ 1 0 0 Ω· cm,the positive temperature coefficientαT is1 5%·℃ -1,dielectric Strength≥ 2 50 V· mm-1.更多还原
