耐药基因MDR1和GST-π在宫颈癌组织中的表达
Expression of resistance gene MDR1 and GST-π in cervical cancer tissues
【摘要】 目的 探讨宫颈癌组织MDR1 和GST -π基因的表达和临床意义。方法 应用RT -PCR方法检测了 2 0例宫颈癌组织耐药基因MDR1 和GST -π。结果 宫颈癌组织MDR1 、GST-π阳性表达率分别为 65% (1 3/2 0 )、75% (1 5/2 0 ) ,MDR1 和GST -π共表达率为 50 % (1 0 /2 0 ) ,二者均表达阴性 2例 (1 0 % )。两种耐药基因表达与肿瘤分化、临床分期均无关。结论 宫颈癌组织中亦存在较高的MDR1 和GST -π基因表达 ,而二者在其先天性耐药机制中均占有重要的作用 ,这对今后治疗具有一定的参考价值
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the levels of MDR 1 and GST π gene expression in cervical cancer tissues.Methods The expression of MDR 1 and GST π gene in 20 cervical cancer tissues were studied by reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction(PT PCR).Results Thirteen of the 20 cervical cancer tissues (65%) were positive expression of MDR 1 gene, while in 15 of the 20 cervical cancer tissues (75%) GST π gene expressed. In 10 of the 20 cervical cancer specimens (50%) MDR 1 and GST π gene co expressed, while in 2 of the 20 cervical cancer specimens (10%) were negative co expression of MDR 1 and GST π gene. No correlations were noted between MDR 1/GST π gene expression with histological differentiation and clinical stage.Conclusion The results suggest that MDR 1 and GST π gene might be taken as tumor markers of cervical cancer and that coexpression of MDR 1 and GST π gene is of significance in the mechanism of drug resistance of cervical cancer.
