【Abstract】 Before the 1980’s,there was no perfect coaching system in China,which led to the swelling of the coaching staff,high competence in particular events but low level in overall theories.Since the opening policy,athletic sports has directed from planned economy to market economy.Therefore,the competitive mechanism is re-enforced and the athletic level is greatly improved.Reform has been carried out in coaching system,and it gradually developed into asystem suitable for the condition of China.更多还原
