【摘要】 :针对现行淘汰制抽签法所存在的缺陷 ,基于淘汰制抽签理论与方法的深入研究 ,笔者完整地提出了“1 / 2区逐级分区抽签法”。该抽签法不仅具有抽签成功的绝对把握 ,而且在抽签过程中完全无需公式控制 ,达到最大限度的机遇 ,实现了淘汰制抽签的高水准更多还原
