微生物提高辽河稠油采收率技术研究

【摘要】 为了探讨利用本源微生物提高稠油采收率新技术 ,详细研究采用微生物富集分离方法从辽河海河油田稠油区块原油、地层水中分离筛选出了三株对稠油有降解作用的本源细菌 ,并将其应用于该区块原油模拟驱油试验研究 .结果表明 :水驱后的油藏中存在能降解稠油并产生羧酸 ,酯 ,醇和二氧化碳等产物的微生物 ;室内可通过调整培养物配方激活微生物 ,使三次采收率提高 2 3 7% ;各单一菌种对原油的作用机制不同 ,它们能协同大幅度提高原油产量 .因此 ,在经过更详细的微生物区系分析后 ,该区块稠油有望实现本源微生物驱 .

【Abstract】 Three indigenous bacteria, which have degradation to viscous crude oil, are separated from the formation water and crude oil in viscous crude oil zone of Liaohe Oil Field by microorganism enrichment separation, and they are used in simulation displacement tests of this zone for the study of the result of enhancing viscous crude oil recovery factor by indigenous microorganism. The results of the tests show that there are the microorganisms in waterdrived reservoir which can degrade viscous crude oil and produce carboxylic acid, ester, alcohol, carbon dioxide, and so on; tertiary recovery factor can be increased by 23.7% by modifying the formualtion of the culture; each of the three bacteria has different effect on viscous crude oil, but they can increase viscous crude oil recovery factor in coordination with each other. According to detailed microflora analysis, it is hold that indigenous microorganism oil displacement is feasible in the viscous crude oil zone of Liaohe Oil Field.
