基于STL模型几何特征分类的快速分层处理算法研究
Algorithm for Rapid Slicing Based on Geometric Feature Classification of STL Model
【摘要】 在分析了影响STL模型分层处理速度因素的基础上,提出了基于STL 模型几何特征分类的加快分层处理速度的算法,进一步提出了自适应分类算法和轮廓快速生成算法,并由此开发了快速分层软件.大量实际应用结果表明,该算法高效、稳定、可靠.
【Abstract】 Slicing process affects the efficiency of rapid prototyping. An algorithm is developed to enhance the speed of slicing process based on the geometric feature classification of STL model. The adaptive classification and rapid generation of contour involved are described in detail. Applications are made to show that the approach is efficient, stable and reliable.
