【Abstract】 The history of the development of exergy economics is reviewed. By comparing the similarity between the thermodynamic systems and economic systems, the conception of the generalized exergy is introduced into the economic systems. From this, the conception of the nature of capital is established and further a new economic theory with accounting the exergy parameters of capital as the basis is established. Meantime, the establishment and definition of some parameters of generalized exergy economics are researched primarily.更多还原
