【摘要】 火用概念的建立 ,为人们揭示能量的品质及其与环境的关系 ,提供了科学的理论依据。通过火用分析 ,我们可以更深刻地认识用能系统的薄弱环节 ,从而合理安排用能过程。在人文和社会科学中 ,大量存在着考察对象的数量与品质的关系问题 ,而且这种关系也显然是与它们所处的环境相关的。根据相似性原理 ,对所考察的系统与热力学系统之间的比较 ,以及对火用概念在经济学、人才学、行为组织学等学科中的应用 ,构想用火用分析方法 ,对社会科学中存在的数量与品质关系的系统进行严密的量化讨论。从而建立起以研究对象品质参数为基准的新型的品质理论 ,为系统的发展及其效能的优化指明方向 ,并为火用学的建立进行了基础性研究更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of the exergy concept provides a scientific theory basis for revealing the quality of energy and its relation with the environment. By the exergy analysis, we can realize more profoundly the weak links of using energy systems and manage more rationally the energy process used. There are many relationship problems of quantity and quality of investigated targets in social sciences. Obviously, these relationships are co-related with the environments where they are. Based on the similarity principle, comparisons of thermodynamical systems with social science systems and application of the exergy concept to such disciplines as economics, personnel science, behavior organizing science, etc., we conceive to research quantitatively the systems which have relationships of quantity and quality in the field of social sciences, thus establishing a new quality theory and with the quality parameter of the object under study as the norm to point out the direction for developing the systems and optimizing their efficiency and also conduct fundamental study for establishing exergy science.更多还原
