【摘要】 目的 :探讨冠状动脉血管血运重建后对 QT间期离散度 (QTd)的影响。方法 :对 6 5例冠心病患者行冠状动脉球囊成形 (PTCA)及冠状动脉搭桥 (CABG)手术前后的 2 4小时内 12导联心电图 QT间期、QTc、QTd及 QTcd四项指标进行分析。结果 :PTCA及 CABG后 QT和 QTc与术前差异无显著性 ,而 QTd和 QTcd则较术前明显减少 ,差异非常显著 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :血管重建术后能显著减少冠心病患者的QTd,可能反映了部分顿抑或冬眠心肌的“复苏”,改善预后更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of coronary revascularization on QT dispersion(QTd).Methods:QT intervals,QTd,heart rate corrected QT interval(QTc) and QTcd of the electrocardiogrames recorded before and after revascularization were analyzed in 65 patients with coronary heart disease.Results:QT and QTc before and after revascularization were not significantly different.But QTd and QTcd after revascularization were remarkably reduced(P<0.001)。Conclusion:The reduction of QTd after coronary revascularization might imply the revivals of stunned or hibernating myocardium,suggesting that it might improve the prognosis of coronary heart disease.更多还原
