【摘要】 目的 :探讨经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术 (PBMV)的远期疗效及其影响因素。方法 :对 33例随访资料完整的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :随访期间 ,所有术者心功能持续改善 ;2例发生再狭窄 ;2例遗留房水平左向右分流。结论 :PBMV术后可保持较好的远期疗效 ,不失为治疗风湿性二尖瓣狭窄的有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out the factors of long-term outcome by retrospective analysis in patients who underwent percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 33 cases with complete data was made. Results:The cardiac function of all patients was improved.Restenosis was demonstrated in 2 patients.Two cases had atrial septel defect.Conclusion:As a treatment for appropriate patients with mitral stenosis, PBMV has good long-term results.
