低温胁迫下线粒体氧化酶活化能的适应性变化
The Adaptive Changes of Activation Energy of Mitochondria Oxidase Accompanied with the Temperature Decrease
【摘要】 本文以自然生长条件下的大头茶为材料 ,测定了随气温下降 ,叶片线粒体α 酮戊二酸氧化酶活力 及膜脂脂肪酸组分的变化 ,并据酶活力变化绘Arrhenius图 .结果表明 ,随气温下降 ,膜脂脂肪酸不饱和度增加 .线 粒体膜结合的α 酮戊二酸氧化酶活化能折点温度下降 ,有利于膜在低温下稳定性的提高
【Abstract】 Using the field grown G.acuminata ,the authors investigated the change of fatty acid composition and α ketoglutaric oxidase activity of leaf mitochondria,and drew Arrthenius plots according to the change of the oxidase activity.The results indicated that accompanied with the temperature decrease,the IUFA raised and the broken point temperature of activation energy of membrane bound α detoglutaric oxidase of motochondria decreased.That is helpful to protect the membrane from chilling stress.
