对蒙古和朝鲜族人发中微量元素综合指标的聚类分析
The Comparative Research of 6 Elements in Human Hair from Menggu Nation and Chaoxian Nation Using Varied Methods of Cluster Analysis
【摘要】 用原子吸收光谱法对蒙古族和朝鲜族青年头发中的 Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn等 6种元素进行了测定 ,用谱系聚类法和非谱系聚类法对测定结果进行了分类 ,又用判别函数对分类结果进行了检验。比较研究的结果表明 ,这两个民族的头发样品中的 6种元素的综合指标存在明显差别。
【Abstract】 The concentrations of Ca 、Mg、 Fe、 Mn、 Cu and Zn in human hair of Menggu Nation and Chaoxian Nation were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry.A data matrix of concentrations of 6 elements in the hair from two nationalities is clustered by using hierarchical clustering method and nonhierarchical clustering method.Furthermore, the clustering result is proved out by using discrimination function.these results of comparative research indicate that comprehensive evaluation of concentrations of 6 elements in human hair between Menggu Nation and Chaoxian Nation has marked different.
