图书馆TQM的研究和中美大学图书馆的实践
A Study of Total Quality Management at Libraries and Its Pratice in Chinese and American University
【摘要】 阐述了全面质量管理引入图书馆的意义和常用的几种方法 ,并对中美两国 4所大学图书馆实施全面质量管理的实践进行了探讨
【Abstract】 The paper deals with the significance of introducing TQM and the general condition of it. It also states its common methods and inquires into the TQM practice in the four university libraries both in China and the United States.
