甜橙种子中柠檬苦素类似物配糖体的测定

【摘要】 利用液质联用 (LC ESI MS)技术对甜橙种子的乙醇提取物进行了检测 ,从中发现了两种柠檬苦素类似物的配糖体———奥巴叩酮配糖体和诺米林配糖体 .采用13C和1H核磁共振谱法对化合物的结构进行了进一步证实 .

【Abstract】 Liquid chromatography electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(LC ESIMS) was applied to characterize the limonoid glucosides in ethanol extract of seeds of Citrus sinensis Osbeck. The results show that LC ESIMS can directly determine the presence of limonoid glucosides without further purification. The method developed in the paper was accurate, fast and convenient.AnalysisofLimonoid
