【摘要】 目的 :探讨风湿性二尖瓣狭窄患者左心房内自回声现象 (SEC)与左心房血液流变学特点的关系。方法 :74例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄患者于经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术前采用彩色多普勒成像仪行食道超声检查 ,术中自左心房取血液标本进行血液流变学检查。结果 :74例患者中 ,发现SEC 2 4例(发现率 32 .4% )。SEC组HCT、ηp、ηb、IRCA、TK均高于无SEC组 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。结论 :提示风湿性二尖瓣狭窄患者左心房内血液流变学异常可能是SEC形成的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of study was to observe the relationship be tween left atria hemorheological property and left atria spontaneous echo contrast(SEC) in rheumatic mitral stenosis.Method: SEC was detected with transesophageal echocardiography in 74 patients before percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PBMV) and left atrial hemorheological property was investigated during PBMV.Results: SEC was found in 24 patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis ( 32.4 %). The ηp、 ηb、 IRCA and TK were higher in rheumatic mitral stenosis with SEC than without SEC.Conclusion: There is relationship between SEC and left atrial hemorheologic abrormalities in left atrium.更多还原
