【摘要】 通过对上海市 3县 (区 ) 9乡合作医疗筹资来源的调查分析 ,发现已有的筹资渠道应进一步予以规范和拓展。适当提高个人筹资比例 ,规范政府的支持强度 ,落实乡镇企业与集体经济的资助责任 ,并以相应的法制作保障 ,这是合作医疗持续健康发展的重要基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the investigation and analysis of cooperative health care plans financing in 9 townships of 3 counties in Shanghai, it is suggested that the ratio of personal financing should be elevated, government support be well defined, financing responsibility of township and village enterprises be clarified and legislation ensure be established. These suggestions are considered the important basis to assure the sustainable development of cooperative medical care systems.更多还原
