【摘要】 通过对安庆地区农村居民不同过敏原引起的过敏反应在人群中的分布 ,揭示过敏反应在人群的各种构成及家庭中分布情况。对随机抽到的安庆地区农村居民 92 32人分别用 12种过敏原进行皮肤试验 (点刺法 ) ,测量每个过敏原引起的红斑的两个相互垂直的直径 ,如果某个过敏原皮肤试验引起的丘疹或红斑的直径大于阳性对照组胺类出现的反应 ,即认为此过敏原皮肤试验呈阳性。资料汇总后经 SAS软件进行统计分析。结果表明不同性别、年龄过敏反应阳性率差异有极显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ,同一地区人群对过敏原反应具有选择性 ,过敏反应有家庭聚集性更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the allergy reaction of rural residents against12 categories sensibiligen,92 32 sensibiligen peasants from rural area of Anqing were observed by12 categories sensibiligen in skin(methods: point thron) .If the diameter of papule erygthema was bigger than that of histamines of control,the reaction was considered to be positive.All cata was analyzed by sas software.The results showed that the allergy reaction degrees were different among the groups with different genders and ages.Fam ily susceptibility was noticed.更多还原
