单纯性肥胖症儿童血脂、载脂蛋白A1、B100的研究
Study on plasma lipids,apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B100 in simple obese children
【摘要】 通过对单纯性肥胖症儿童血脂、载脂蛋白A1、B100的研究,以初步了解其脂质代谢紊乱的状况,并探讨其动脉粥样硬化(AS)危险性增加的可能机制。对筛选出的肥胖儿童及其正常儿童各49名,测定其血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-ch)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-ch)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-ch)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B100(apoB100)。结果显示肥胖组儿童TG、VLDL-ch、apoB100的浓度、动脉粥样硬化指数(AI)、LDL-ch/HDL-ch比值均显著高于正常组(P<0.05);而HDL-ch、apoA1的浓度、HDL-ch/TC及apoA1/apoB100比值则显著低于正常组(P<0.05),但两组的TC含量无显著性差异。以上结果提示,单纯性肥胖症儿童血脂及载脂蛋白代谢出现异常变化,可能使其AS发生的危险性增加,应加以重视。
【Abstract】 To investigate the disorder of lipid metabolism and explore the possible mechanism of increasing risk of atherosclerosis(AS)in simple childhood obesity,serum lipids and apolipoprotein were examined.49 obese children were selected and another 49 non obese children were selected as control.Their serum lipids(TG,TC,VLDL ch,HDL ch and LDL ch) and apolipoprotein(apoA1 and apoB100)were measured.The results showed TG,VLDL ch,apoB100,artherosclerosis index (AI) and LDL ch/HDL ch ratio in childhood obesity were significantly higher than that in normal children ( P <0 05), while HDL ch,apoA1,HDL ch/TC,apoA1/apoB100 ratio in obese children were obviously lower than that in normal ones( P <0 05).The results suggested that metabolic disorder of lipid and apolipoprotein took place in obese children.The disorder which may increase the risk of AS should be paid great attention.
