【Abstract】 China is facing increasingly strong development tendency of "The Second Green Revolution" and "Sustainable Agriculture" the world over. How China’s agriculture can avoid the same old disastrous road of "First polluted, destroyal, then to bring it under control" as developed countries have passed is a serious tasks upon us.
