【摘要】 含肝素的凝血酶原复合物 (PCC)用适量的硫酸鱼精蛋白中和后 ,作 1∶1 0和 1∶1 0 0稀释测定激活凝血因子。肝素影响激活凝血因子测定 ,不同活性单位的PCC对某些厂家生产的PCC激活凝血因子测定无影响 ,但对有的厂家生产的PCC激活凝血因子测定有影响。对国内 5家血制品生产单位生产的 1 5批PCC进行激活凝血因子测定 ,凝血酶活性通过者激活凝血因子也能通过。更多还原

【Abstract】 The prothrombin complex concentrate(PCC) contained heparin is neutralised by the addition of an appropriate amount of protamine sulphate. Preparing l in 10 and 1 in 100 dilutions of the reconstituted preparation, activated coagulation factors are examined. Heparin interferes in the detection of activated coagulation factors, the different potencies of PCC have not influence on the detection of activated coagulation factors in PCC from some manufacturers, but have influence on PCC from other manufacturers. For assay of ACF in PCC, we examined 15 lots of PCC from 5 domestic blood products manufacturers, when the activity of thrombin were passed, the activated coagulation factors were also passed.更多还原
