工控机管理的数字式多通道超声波探伤系统

【摘要】 工控机管理的 8×n( n=1 ,2 ,3,… ,8)通道数字式超声波探伤系统 ,不仅可在极短的时间内对所有通道进行灵敏度和检测闸门的自动设定 ,而且能在检测过程中对灵敏度实施闭环增益控制 ,闸门自动跟踪底波 ,并对所有回波实施声程监控。配合精心编制的探伤软件 ,系统可对复杂回波进行准确评价和严格筛选 ,从而不仅大幅度提高检测能力 ,而且还能有效避免误报警并大大提高抗干扰能力。

【Abstract】 The digital ultrasonic flaw detection system with 8× n(n =1,2,3,…,8) channels managed by industrial computer can not only automatically set the sensitivity and detection gate of all the channels within a very short time, but also control the sensitivity by closed loop gain method in testing process. The gate can track the bottom wave automatically and monitor sound path for all echoes. With the careful programming of software, it can correctly evaluate and strictly screen complicated echoes. Thereby its detecting and anti interference abilities can be greatly improved and its error in alarm can be avoided.
