履带式工程机械行走系修复用堆焊药芯焊丝磨粒磨损性能研究

【摘要】 利用ML 2 2 5型湿砂橡胶轮式磨损试验机、扫描电镜对所开发的四种用于履带式工程机械行走机构堆焊修复用药芯焊丝的熔敷金属磨粒磨损性能进行了试验研究 .结果表明 ,1、2号焊丝熔敷金属的磨损主要是微观切削 ,而 3、4号焊丝熔敷金属的磨损则是多次塑变磨损机理占据主导地位 .这四种焊丝在三峡工程修复履带式工程机械行走机构中发挥了巨大的作用 ,取得了良好的经济效益

【Abstract】 The abrasive wear of metal of four flux cored wire for repairing of pedrail engineering machine was studied experimentally on a ML 225 wet sand abrasive tester. The surface of abrasive wear specimen and its microstructure were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) after completion of wear test. The study shows that the wear mechanisms of cladding metal of flux cored wire No.1 and No.2 was microcutting and flux cored wire No.3 and No.4 was microploughing. The four flux-cored wires make a great progress in repairing of pedrail engineering machine in the Three Gorges Project.
