考虑预报预泄时白盆珠水库汛期蓄水运用方式研究

【摘要】 针对白盆珠水库汛限水位 (75m)与库区迁赔高程 (79.7m)相差 4.7m的特点 ,研究了水库汛期蓄水运用方式 ,即对每场洪水的退水段进行适当的拦蓄 ,但在防洪方面可能会有一定影响 .为了减轻这种影响 ,进一步研究了水文、气象预报预泄的运用方式 ,既使防洪要求得以保证 ,又使水库获得可观的经济效益 .

【Abstract】 Aiming at the feature that the limit water level of flood control 75 m of the Baibengzhu Reservoir during its whole flood season is 4.7 m lower than its relocation and compensation level 79.7 m, this issue researches the operation manner of water storage of Baibengzhu Reservoir, that it means to properly store water at the stage of flood receding. It will, however, have some inferior influences to flood control. To lesson these disadvantages, this issue systematically researches operation manner of hydrological, weather forecast, and floods pre discharge. Furthermore, this operation manner makes it meet the needs of flood control, as well as obtains considerable economical benefit.
