BBO四倍频全固态Nd:YVO4紫外激光器
ALL-SOLID-STATE Nd:YVO4 UV LASER AT 266?nm BY FOURTH HARMONIC USING A BBO CRYSTAL
【摘要】 报道了用BBO晶体对激光二极管抽运Nd :YVO4 晶体声光调Q产生的 1 0 6 4μm激光进行四倍频 ,实现平均功率为 6 3mW准连续波 2 6 6nm紫外激光运转 ,重复频率为 12 5kHz、单脉冲能量 5 μJ、峰值功率达 2 5 2W ,绿光 紫外光转换效率达 11% .
【Abstract】 We have demonstrated a diode\|pumped Q switched Nd:YVO\-4 laser that produced ultraviolet output at 266?nm by using BBO single pass fourth harmonic generation.When the incident pumping power was 7.9?W,we obtained 63?mW output and IR\|UV energy conversion as great as 11% at 12.5?kHz repetition rate with per pulse energy of 5?μJ and peak power of 252?W.
