C2H4在Ru(100)表面吸附与分解的研究
THE DESORPTION AND DISSOCIATION OF ETHYLENE (C2H4) ON Ru(100) SURFACE
【摘要】 用X射线电子能谱 (XPS)、热脱附谱 (TDS)和紫外光电子能谱 (UPS)方法研究了乙烯 (C2 H4 )在Ru(10 10 )表面的吸附 ,在低温下 (2 0 0K以下 )乙稀 (C2 H4 )可以在Ru(10 10 )表面上以分子状态稳定吸附 ,在 2 0 0K以上乙烯(C2 H4 )则发生了脱氢分解反应 .TDS结果表明乙烯 (C2 H4 )分解后的主要产物为乙炔 (C2 H2 ) .乙烯 (C2 H4 )分解后C的 1s能级向低结合能方向移动了 0 3eV ,而价态σCC和σCH轨道能级向高结合能方向分别移动了 0 5和 1 1eV .
【Abstract】 The ethylene (C\-2H\-4) adsorbed on Ru(1010) surface has been studied by X\|ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS) and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS).The results show that ethylene absorbs in molecular state on Ru(1010) surface stably below 200?K.The dehydrogenation of ethylene occurs at 200?K.The main product of the dehydrogenation of the absorbed ethylene is the acetylene (C\-2H\-2). After the dehydrogenation of the absorbed ethylene,the C1s shifts 0.3?eV to low binding energy level,and the binding energies of σ CC and σ CH bond have an increase of 0.5eV and 1.1eV respectively.
