氨水沉淀法制备纳米粉氢氧化锌和氧化锌
PREPARATION OF NANOMETER POWDERS Zn(OH)2 AND ZnO BY USING AMMONIA WATER PRECIPITATING PROCESS IN H, O - C2H2OH MIXED SOLUTION.
【摘要】 在水—乙醇介质中用氨水沉淀法制备出了纳米Zn(OH)2和ZnO材料,讨论了介质组成对沉淀产物ZnO微粉的粒径范围及形貌的影响,并研究出由Zn(OH)2分解为纳米ZnO的最佳干燥脱水条件为200℃、2h。表明本方法不需高温处理就可得到颗粒均匀且分布窄的ZnO纳米材料,粒径可达17~6nm。
【Abstract】 Nanometer powders Zn(OH)2 and ZnO can be prepared by using ammonia water precipitating process in H2 O - C2 H2 OH mixed solution.The influences of C2 H2 OH content in solution on the precursor composition, particle size and shape of ZnO powders have been discussed. The optimum dry condition(200 C/2 h) for decomposing nanometer ZnO from Zn(OH)2 has been studied.The results show that the nanometer ZnO with particle size 17-6 nm can be prepared without high temperature handling.
