胶体化学法制备氧化铁超微粉体
PREPARATION OF ULTRAFINE IRON OXIDE POWDER BY COLLOIDAL CHEMICAL METHOD.
【摘要】 对氧化铁超微粉体的胶体化学法最佳制备工艺条件进行了探讨,其中溶液温度和pH 值对水合氧化铁溶胶的形成和稳定性具有较大影响。研究了氧化铁超微粉体的表面性质,SEM 分析和孔径分布测定表明,本方法制备的氧化铁超微粉体粒子外观呈球形,其粒径以4~6 nm 为主。
【Abstract】 The optimum process conditions for preparation of ultrafine iron oxide powder by colloidal chemical method are invesgated.The results show that the temperature and pH of solution much affect the forming and stability of sol.The surface properties of ultrafine iron oxide powder are studied.From SEM analysis and the determination of pore distribution,the ultrafine particle iron oxide is spherical and its diameter is mainly between 4~6 nm.
